Resolution Ratio not resetting

Hi, after I unplugged my tablet, it's stuck in the screen resolution AA Mirror set for it to work with Android Auto. I tried to reboot, and the resolution/ration is still wrong. Also, the normal Android header at the top of the screen is missing. How can I fix this? I'm traveling overseas and can't plug and unplug from the car, which I think fixed it in the past. Is there a way to reset the screen settings back to defaults?
