Crash when moving mouse cursor down file menu
Describe the bug On macOS 13.4.1 moving the mouse cursor down from "Open Most Recent" to "Open Recent" causes a crash. This was first reported and discussed a bit last December in the Facebook group.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Tap on File menu
- Move cursor down until crash
Expected behavior no crash

- OS: macOS
- Version 13.4.1
Additional context first noticed in version v0.64.62
