touch for Background/presentator view is not working
Description
background view's interaction is not available, there is no such feature available in this lib which provide touch for background view (presentator view), i want interaction for both views like in my popup view which i displayed using this lib having product list so i need touch for that and background webview as well,
kindly let me know how can i achieve touch for background view or view which present this popup view .

Reproducible in:
PanModal version: 1.2.7
iOS version: 15.4 (i think its not issue with ios version)
Steps to reproduce:
- add view at bottom using pan model
- try to touch background view which showing in remaining screen
- touch for backround view will not happen
Expected result:
What you expected to happen
when we open any view using this lib we should able to get touch of background views/ presentator view
Actual result:
What actually happened
when we open any view using this lib we are not able to get touch of background views/ presentator view , i am trying to scroll webview but instead that view this bottom view is getting scroll even i am not touching in that area,
