CCL port args go to ccl kernel instead of paktahn

Adlai noticed this way ahead of me, he has a patch which needs cleaning up before being submitted to the CCL maintainers. At that point, CCL port should just need some testing. This ticket will be re-opened when the patch is cleaned up and submitted: http://trac.clozure.com/ccl/ticket/605
