But https://github.com/leetcode-tools/leetcode-cli does not have issue tab at all.

So can we still report issue here? Maybe the owner of https://github.com/leetcode-tools/leetcode-cli can notice the issue here and fix in his fork? Sounds a weird pattern though :)
