Custom Flag inverts when close to edge of wheel

  • Affected Device(s) All, inc emulator. Describe the Bug:

The example app (and my app), the custom flag inverts when close to the edge of the wheel.

I'm only using this popup, as I can't figure out how to show the hex value on the preference.
