Default ingress host used by podman sites must be clearer to users

When a podman site is initialized today, all local IP addresses as well as the hostname, are used as valid ingress-hosts (used to compose SANs of the server certificate).

After initialization, users do not know what will be the default target host used in generated tokens, as well as they have no clue on what are allowed hostnames and IPs that can be used when generating a token.

Describe the solution you'd like

After initialization, skupper could show the allowed list of ingress-hosts (if not explicitly set), Possibly a good information to be displayed as part of skupper status as well.

The token create command could also include the target-hostname used by Skupper inside the generated token.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Users have no much clue today on what hosts/ips can be used, unless when the ingress-hosts are specified manually.
