Autofocus procedure

For strongly bent or featureless samples, the autofocus procedure is working only very poorly.

Maybe one could save and reuse the focal position of the IB from the alignment image?

reduced Area autofocus function is being developed / I have it lying around. Integration not so easy as e.g. carbon tends to be milled away pretty quickly. User or ML-based defined area might do the trick (e.g. on grid bar).
