Parameters used for paper ?

Hello there, thank you for the very intriguing paper ! I was interested in studying your results, and I find it hard to find the parameters that you used for your experiments within the paper in the repository. I often have to track the parameter values used across different files. Do you happen to have parameter sets consolidated somewhere just in case ? I took a look at the appendix but there are some parameters that are not mentioned at least as I know of (e.g. structure, style_mixing_prob, lam and so on). Also, could you tell me what commands one would use to train the model using train.py ?
