feat(be): add get-contest-submission-informations api

Closes #1884 Closes TAS-456

위 페이지의 구현을 위해 특정 user의 특정 contest에서의 제출 정보를 불러오는 api를 작성합니다.

IP 수집 관련 PR이 작업완료되지 않아 작업완료 후 머지 예정입니다 + 테스트 작성 예정 추가: 특정 User의 특정 Contest에서의 성적만을 가져오는 함수 구현이 필요합니다.
