Future concept idea: Area based dialects

This is a far away wish that I don't know if it's implementable. The idea is that voicepacks can be added to be area based.

Problem: A specific American dialect like New York should not play in Montana. Currently that isn't possible except inventing random language codes and code them to each airport in the alias.cfg.

Concept: Add an option to have the folder dictate place and range. E.g. if you have New York dialect the file could be called "en!USKJFK50" (syntax: language ! country airport range) indicating that it should play in 50 NM range of all US airports near KJFK, like KLGA. This gives the option to adapt range and area to a specific point. In case of an overlap there could be a 50/50 chance of either dialect. Maybe even adapted to have a contest about it so it randomizes it a bit. The country code is added to avoid overlap over countries in Europe like having LZIB dialect in Austria.

I have no idea if this is possible or even reasonably programmable but I thought I would just throw out the idea.
