Mobile bandwidth cost of avg page weight on site
Capturing something like "With a 1 GB plan per month a user could only visit X number of pages of your site before they used all their bandwidth." might be a useful metric to track for optimizing either a page or a site in general. Possible a fit for coach or sitespeedio for multiple page aggregation across a site.
We could add it as info first, needs to be on HAR level so we need to add info there first.
@soulgalore I tried reproducing this in grafana as a short term solution using the existing info passed to graphite.
Problem I see with this is it would be fairly brittle if data rates change regularly, unless we make it a user defined option at run time to work.
