Feature request: accept/deny individual tool use in UI

I think the biggest time waste with long-running Claude Code sessions that aren't run with --dangerously-skip-permissions is approving the tool requests that inevitably slip through the allow lists. Pretty much 100% time I want to allow the use, but don't want to use the dangerous mode.

It would be a killer feature to be able to accept/deny through this UI on my phone.
