Most likely a version issues

Make sure you install the following versions:

AutomotivePOMDPs v0.2.1 AutomotiveDrivingModels v0.7.12 AutoViz v0.7.10

Note that there will be no upgrade in AutomotivePOMDPs, AutomotiveDrivingModels, and AutoViz. I should try to upload a manifest file but my time is limited.

The simulation backend has been moved to AutomotiveSimulators.jl and AutomotiveVisualization.jl, these packages will be maintained.

I think it is almost there, POMDPs.jl probably needs to be downgraded as well, maybe to v0.7?
