Better MPI docs

We need somebody with the following qualifications to write a general page detailing how to get started using MPI with Singularity:

1. Knows their way around MPI and Singularity.
2. Is half-way decent at writing technical docs.

It would be nice to have a page like this in the "Getting Started" section of the "User Documentation".
