Singlelink Add permalinks

Add permalink functionality as separate link class via simulating the analytics link function.

Example use case: We have discord/twitter/youtube/etc. links in every readme, would be nice to be able to edit the origin url from one place and have a pseudo-url/permalink that you could link to from everywhere else.

@jimmybisenius, would you be able to create a permalink to the user account too, using the internal UID, so that if a user changes their username their links continue to work? Like Twitter does with https://twitter.com/i/user/3782186368 versus https://twitter.com/rokejulianlockh?

@RokeJulianLockhart, it turns out that https://www.singlel.ink/api/link/42609 exists. It's slow, but it works.
