should I use https://github.com/singer-io/tap-gitlab or https://gitlab.com/meltano/tap-gitlab ?

If I look commit history, I think that https://gitlab.com/meltano/tap-gitlab is more up to date that https://github.com/singer-io/tap-gitlab

Suggestion:

• can you add in README a paragraph about the current status project?
