[FEATURE] Info for actions provided

As a new user it might be a case scenario where i am not aware about all the actions provided but might be required as a step in building my ai agent

Solution is to add a info icon and right of the tab and on click it will provide a short description of what the action is suppose to do

Would love if you could assign this to me
