I have same TV version, but 6095 port is closed Opened ports:

PORT     STATE SERVICE
8008/tcp open  http
8009/tcp open  ajp13
8443/tcp open  https-alt
9000/tcp open  cslistener

I have tried to execute request's like http://192.168.20.147:8009/controller?action=keyevent&keycode=volumedown on this ports - 404 or Empty reply from server
