Cannot install recently created packages

I recently uploaded a package to PyPi (You can see it on my Github Profile, DisCORE) which I have confirmed can be installed on my own machine. When I add it to pip in Chronos it seems to ignore the requirement, the output of "Install PIP Requirements" is just "There is no Output from This Command". I've tried restarting the container, but that doesn't seem to fix it. Do you have any ideas? Does Chronos not use PyPi?
