simplesamlphp Installation guide

Provide installation guide that works. Preferably for popular linux such as Ubuntu 24.04. The homepage documentation is outdated and full of errors.

Do you have specifics for what the guide you have in mind would feature? Are you intending to setup as an SP or an IdP?

It would be very helpful if you were to make it as IdP and SP separately, I very much need one on IdP currently though

I have read it but been struggling for days... maybe it's just that I'm too unfamiliar with setting these up... @tvdijen
