Seed records from an external JSON file

Hello,

I want to propose the possibility of providing some seed records from an external JSON file as a feature that can be optionally enabled.

While working on the demo of an application I'm developing I noticed that if sensitive values are put in they could be versioned and exposed in the repository, especially client and user credentials.

What do you think?
