Schemas attribute does not have a description

We are in talk with Microsoft to add our SCIM application into Azure AD. They came back to us with a problem that some of the attributes does not have a description. We have fixed it in this pull request: #298

It would be nice if you can review and merge the PR and release a new package

Is-it ok if you use the pre-release package version 2.0.12-ci-00314 from the Nuget Feed https://www.myget.org/F/advance-ict/api/v3/index.json ? If not, then the release 2.0.13 can be done tomorrow.
