Inner Product Functionality

@rowanc1 , @lheagy and @sgkang , I have found there is some basic functionality for inner prodcuts that is still missing. Although it is not needed to solve EM-specific problems, it may stop general use of this package. The following is a list of functionality that would be beneficial:

  • [ ] We need a method getNodalInnerProduct and all related functionality.
  • [ ] For us it is obvious but we could also use a method getCellInnerProdct and all related functionality.
