Pytest-runner is deprecated

As per pytest-runner · PyPI, this package is deprecated. It has been removed from nixpkgs, which breaks flakes/databases/sqlite/markdown-to-sqlite.nix at main · fore-stun/flakes.

I'm sure there's a straightforward replacement — I'd imagine the changes would apply across a number of repos, though.
