Nim language support

I'd like to add Nim support to the Runestone Text Editor ios app. I don't know how to properly test this PR, but it builds, and I believe I've followed the pattern from the other grammars.

This uses https://github.com/alaviss/tree-sitter-nim, which is what Zed uses for its Nim support.
