Change Application Language

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be interesting to add a setting that allows the user to change the language of the application.

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternatives that I have thought of is to change the language of Windows but then there are applications that I prefer to work in Portuguese that don't have the setting to change the language.
