Option to replace lemmas for existing words.

Right now there is no option to update lemmas for already imported words. There should be an option offered to the user before importing text that overrides lemmas for existing words.

Lemmas are stored in the base_word column of encountered_words table. Everything relating turning raw text into displayable interactive text can be found in this file: app/Models/TextBlock.php.
