Chinese language installation displays error

An error is given when installing the Chinese language.

Despite the warning, the language shows up as installed and appears to be working.

Hi!

Sorry for the late response.

In the current version we have this bug that shows incorrect install sometimes despite that it was installed correctly. Should be fixed in v0.16 when it releases.
