Thai text import problems.

I found a huge problem with all Thai imports that are not done manually by clicking on the add empty book and add chapter buttons.

• [ ] Disable all Thai imports for v0.12.
• [ ] Add an alert about what is happening for users.
• [ ] Fix and enable all Thai imports for v0.13.
