Add a ,,Furigana always on" option for words and phrases.

There are a few words I would like to always see furigana for, mainly for proper nouns. There could be an additional option for words, and if it is switched on, the furigana should always be displayed, even if it's not a highlighted or a new word.

This could be done with either tags(after they get implemented) or a separate option. Not sure which would be better.
