docker: No user file logging

I figured out that for the docker, log is going to the container and not config (fine)

But when a user changes a file, the log doesn't contain anything about who it was that made the change. Can this be easily added?

Otherwise, if someone messes up a directory structure I have no way of tracing the activity and reeducating/murdering the offending user.
