Redesign HTML output

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the HTML report also comes with a lot of external assets in the local filesystem, and once per report. For example, CSS files, JS files, images, etc are packaged alongside the single HTML file.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to embed all the JavaScript and CSS within the HTML report, making it so that the report would then be completely self contained. That would help in scenarios such as attach report into emails, Teams, Slack, etc.. Additionally, we should consider to remove some third-party JS and images in order to make HTML report as simple as possible.
