Visual Studio 2019 Implementation

This is, by far, my favorite theme across all time and editors. It breaks my heart that it remains largely unavailable to me in a useful capacity since I'm beginning my programming pilgrimage in C++, and Code's accommodations are less than convenient compared to Visual Studio Proper, or even CLion. Will we ever see this theme of themes in any other IDE?
