Support new ACL system features

We're migrating our Consul tokens to use the new ACL tokens/policies. Are there any plans to upgrade this tool to use those new ACL system features?

Something like consul.acl.policy.create/update, and then update consul.acl.create/update to support a policy option.

Additionally, the acl.get function only returns legacy tokens.
