Copied from #152 in sigstore/sigstore-website

Currently, the docs shown on the sigstore.dev website are of the latest iteration of the docs only. It would be nice and probably correct to have a version selector if users are using an older version.

This is a great idea but probably needs to be done for each subsection because Cosign, Fulcio, and Rekor are versioned independently.

Is there still interest in this? There's capability to version the site under Hugo but not to version the specific sections, it would probably have to be implemented from scratch.
