Driver isn’t working with the new RTL-SDR V4 dongle

The driver support R828D chip, but it’s not working. Will you ever add support?

Hello the driver has not yet been tested with the RTL-SDR v4 dongle. I would estimate that earliest I may have time to work on support would be February 2024.

If anyone else manages to add support for the dongle in the meantime I am happy to review a pull request.

Quick update - I gave it a go but I managed to hit a blocker - the device locks onto DVB-T signal but doesn't stream any bytes back.

I've added my attempt in the latest source code. It will require more work and/ or discussion with manufacturer.

It has not been updated since v4 came out, the R828D tuner chip is likely not supported yet
