Vxeddsa VRF was ported to java

Also, Gradle was updated and JMH benchmarks tests were added for VRF, signatures and keys methods.

Code was ported from https://github.com/signalapp/libsignal-protocol-c

I think that it's abondoned, I contacted the author and he did not plan to support it.
