"New group cannot be created" with specific user

Bug description

Simply cannot create a new group as expected when a specific user is added

Steps to reproduce

• tap the create(pencil on pad) button
• tap New Group
• select user (appears to be a specific contact for me only) you want to add and tap Next
• Fill in the details and tap create

Actual result: A bottom popup saying "New Group cannot be created" will appear.

Expected result: The group should be created. It only happens with this user (note the image shows 2 users which I tested both individually)
