Hello. I've noticed that the thumbs up and thumbs down emoji skin color stays yellow in the quick reaction menu even if I've specified another color in the app settings.

Could be related to issue #5304

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Signal Desktop
2. Go to Settings -> Chats and select a skin color other than yellow
3. Go in a chat and when clicking on the button to react to a message the thumbs up and down emoji in the quick menu are still yellow

Expected result

I would like to have those two emojis in the skin color I've chosen (👍🏻👎🏻)

This works on Android for example (see screenshot)

Actual result

The two emojis are still yellow (👍👎)
