[Feature Request] Todo Section, Make line/column number toggleable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I love the fact that Todos show up in the sidebar! On smaller screens, the line and column numbers tend to take up a lot of space, so it would be nice to be able to turn that off without forking the entire repo or managing the plugin.

Describe the solution you'd like Within additional options in the config, add a boolean for show_linenum. This would then show the Todo items in the sidebar with or without the line/col numbers.

Describe alternatives you've considered None yet, it's fairly straightforward forward but will try and think of other solutions.
