[Feature request] Scoped TODOs

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if we could also support detecting scoped TODOs via ripgrep. For example; TODO(bla): do this and that. Where bla usually represents the initials of the person for whom the TODO is meant or the initials of the person who wrote the TODO. Currently only non-scoped TODOs are detected TODO: do this and that.

With the folke/todo-comments.nvim plugin i'm using the following ripgrep pattern to search for non-scoped and scoped TODO items: [[\b(KEYWORDS)(\([^\)]*\))?:]].
