怎么保持assets文件夹下含有中文字符的文件名不变？

我的项目assets文件夹里含有中文字符的文件，不能改英文名来引用，执行reguardRelease会报字符异常，请问：怎么保持assets文件夹下含有中文字符的文件名不变？
