Add support for ATSAMD21 D and L variants

Added SAMD21 D and L variants. Specified in Errata DS80000760D.

Tested only with SAMD21E17D

I'm looking to use your version to upload to a SAMD21J17D - but I'm having issues building the forked version of BOSSA, is it possible to get the exe file from you that includes the D variant?

I'm only using linux an don't have a windows exe. Sorry.
