Public Server

Could we have a public server started at the same time on npm start like browsersync? would help with IE testing, iOS...

@cezarneaga I haven't used browsersync , so have very less clue about it, but from what i understand you want to run it during development server, so this should be hooked up with webpack dev server. Though this shouldn't be difficult but i am doubtful wether hot reloading plays well with it. I'll surely give it a try, and of course a PR is more than welcome.
