Problem capturing high resolution (8K) photo

On capturing from high definition external camera, the frame rate is too low.

Photo captured is frame taken from video stream.

The captured photo is same as being previewed at time of capture. So when capturing, if the frame is not rendered fully, it will be half black or full black.

I added the new implementation of ImageCapture as an option, which you can turn on as follows to see if there is any improvement.
