Performance issue in desktop Safari

Hello everyone,

In our project we have a lot of tethered elements (30+) and the goal is to make them visible when they're inside the parent element. Everything work fine in Chrome, slow in FF and in Safari tethered elements move only after a delay during scroll.

Can someone explain the difference in behaviours?

On latest Firefox I'm seeing this warning:

Maybe it's related to this issue?
