Websocket handshake response header is wrong

向wss://free-api.shinnytech.com/t/nfmd/front/mobile建立websocket连接，服务器返回如下头信息：

Sec-Websocket-Extensions: permessage-deflate; server_max_window_bits="15"

根据 https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7692#section-7.1.2.1

server-max-window-bits = 1*DIGIT

"15"是错误的，应该15
