PyQT Dialog and PyQTApplication are located in PyQT5.Qtwidgets.

Changed the classes to mare arparseui work in pyQT5.

TODO: make it work in both, PyQT4 and PyQT5

Would it be possible to rewrite the patch so it supports both pyqt4 and pyqt5? I still need pyqt4 for some old projects...
