can't access system tools

The problem

hi, i have issue that flatpak version can't use system packages it can't detect git it can't detect yarn,

i tried using husky but always i get this error: .husky/pre-push: line 2: yarn: command not found

and when i try to use terminal i get this:

i tried both npm version of yarn and rpm version of yarn

Release version

Version 3.2.0-linux1 (x64)

Operating system

Fedora Linux 37

1. Try to use Husky

i tried to use rpm version of github desktop but i can't login, firefox giving error that they 'can't understood link' and if i try chromium nothing is going on when i press 'Open link'
